2. The Service
Au is a personal finance application that connects to your bank accounts via Plaid and provides financial intelligence, goal tracking, and AI-powered insights. Au is a financial intelligence tool — it does not provide regulated financial advice and is not a licensed financial advisor.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Au. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Au offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All billing is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Bank Connections
Bank connections are powered by Plaid. Au accesses your financial data in read-only mode only. Au cannot move, transfer, or alter your funds in any way.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology in Au — including the Goal Impact Bar, Atom AI, and all associated features — is the property of Aurum Technologies Inc.
7. Limitation of Liability
Au is provided as-is. Aurum Technologies Inc. is not liable for financial decisions made based on information provided by Au. All financial decisions remain entirely your own responsibility.
