Au collects information you provide directly — such as your email address when you create an account — and financial data retrieved through Plaid, our banking data partner. We do not store your bank login credentials. All financial data is accessed in read-only mode.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to operate the Au service, provide personalised financial insights, calculate Goal Impact scores, and improve AI categorisation accuracy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers required to operate Au — including Plaid (banking connections), Anthropic (AI), and cloud infrastructure providers. All partners are bound by data processing agreements. We do not share data for advertising purposes.
4. Advertising
Au Oxygen (free tier) displays non-targeted contextual advertisements — relevant to what is on screen, never based on user data. Paid subscribers are completely ad-free.
5. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We follow industry-standard practices for access control and data protection.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting anchitj@au79.app. You may disconnect your bank accounts and delete your Au account at any time from within the app.
